We sent an email question regarding a listing to the website's generic email address, and Chris phoned us back almost immediately. My wife and I live in the mid-west and the property we were interested in was on Cape Cod, so we had to rely on Chris for information that we could not get on our own. Chris was indispensable in helping us sell my parents estate after their passing. I live in Arizona and my sister lives three hours way, so it took us almost three months to go through the house and clean out.
